      1. Christians have a mission to “Go” and it must be fulfilled (Matt. 28:18-20)
      2. Christians have a mission to “Serve” and it must be fulfilled (Gal. 6:1-10; 5:13)
    3. Knowing Our Friends Need an Example
      1. Our lives should be a “pattern of good works” (Tit. 2:7; 1 Tim. 4:12; Matt. 5:16)
      2. Barnabases breed more Barnabases (Prov. 27:17)
    4. Wanting Our Friends to Know the Joy of Serving
      1. There is a selfless, personal and eternal joy in serving (Phil. 2:17; Gal. 6:7-10)
      2. Serving others conforms us into the likeness of Christ (Phil. 2:3-5)
    5. Wanting All People to Know We Are Disciples of Christ
      1. Agape love is action-oriented (Matt. 7:12; 1 John 3:18)
      2. When others see Christ living in us, the glory is not ours but His (Matt. 5:16; 1 Pet. 2:12)
  3. Fall on Your Knees Before Him: Yield Yourself to Him Today
    1. Believe Jesus is the Son of God – John 3:16
    2. Repent of your sins and turn toward God – Acts 3:19
    3. Confess your faith in Jesus Christ – Romans 10:9
    4. Be baptized into Christ – Romans 6:3
      1. God will forgive all of your sins – Acts 2:38
      2. God will add you to His church – Acts 2:47
      3. God will enroll you in heaven – Hebrews 12:23
    5. Serve Him faithfully each day – 1 Corinthians 15:58
