The God of heaven is perfect and does not need anything (Acts 17:25)—the entire world is His, and everything in it (Psa. 50:12). So, He did not need man to complete Himself, yet He still created us. To God, you are worth it! God knew that you and I and all of His created beings were going to sin against Him and need His saving grace. Yet, He decided even before the first sin that He would send Jesus to suffer, die and pay the ultimate price for our sins (Matt. 26:28; 1 Pet. 1:18-19; 2:24). To God, you are worth it! God longs for you to love Him and serve Him, of your own free will and from the loving depths of your soul, and He patiently waits for you to yield yourself entirely to Him (John 15:1-14; Gal. 2:20; Jas. 4:6-10). To God, you are worth it! God has prepared an eternal home for you in heaven (2 Cor. 5:1-8; John 14:1-3), and He has given you abundant and clear directions to get there (Col. 3:1-17; Rom. 12:1-21). To God, you are worth it!
